1 August – the program begins with 3 days fully onsite at the Tsinghua Southeast Asia Center, located at the UID Bali Campus, Bali, Indonesia. Participants become oriented with the program and fellow participants, are briefed on the program Challenge Project, and take courses from world-class professors in Supply Chain Management.

During Week 2 and Week 3 – participants take evening online courses two days a week while continuing to formulate their groups’ final challenge project.

Final week – all participants convene in Bali for three more consecutive days of intensive coursework, concluding with the challenge project showcase. 

24 August – certificate awarding ceremony at the Tsinghua Southeast Asia Center.
