Schedule
16 October – the program begins with 3 days fully onsite at the Tsinghua Southeast Asia Center, located at the UID Bali Campus, Bali, Indonesia. Participants become oriented with the program and fellow participants, are briefed on the program Challenge Project, and take courses from world-class professors in Supply Chain Management.
During Week 2 and Week 3 – participants take evening online courses two days a week while continuing to formulate their groups’ final challenge project.
Final week – all participants convene in Bali for three more consecutive days of intensive coursework, concluding with the challenge project showcase.
9 November – certificate awarding ceremony at the Tsinghua Southeast Asia Center.

TSINGHUA SOUTHEAST ASIA CENTER (TSINGHUA SEA)
Being an important component of Tsinghua University’s global strategic layout, the Tsinghua Southeast Asia Center (Tsinghua SEA) was established in October 2018 and held its opening ceremony on November 16, 2022 in Bali, Indonesia. The Tsinghua SEA campus in Bali is funded and constructed by United in Diversity Foundation (UID).
The campus covers an area of 17,000 square meters, and the 5,500 square meters of space in the main building is used by the center, which can accommodate more than 300 people working and studying at the same time. The Tsinghua Southeast Asia Center is based in Indonesia, and radiates throughout the entire Southeast Asian region, with extensive connections to Southeast Asian politics, business, universities, academic institutions, and international organizations.
With the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals as its core, the center aims to build an innovative ecosystem platform for academia, government, and private sector cooperation, innovation, co-creation, and sharing.
As a key project and platform for global development initiatives at Tsinghua University, the Tsinghua Southeast Asia Center will continue to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with the Southeast Asian region in areas such as health, poverty reduction, education, digital economy, climate change, and green development.
TSINGHUA SHENZHEN INTERNATIONAL GRADUATE SCHOOL (TSINGHUA SIGS)
Launched in March of 2019, Tsinghua SIGS is a research and graduate education institution of Tsinghua University located in southern China. Building upon Tsinghua’s academic legacy and Shenzhen’s innovative resources, students and faculty are dedicated to tackling global challenges through cutting-edge research and collaboration.
Tsinghua SIGS aims to reshape graduate education as well as research and development to better serve local, national, regional, and global sustainable development. The school nurtures the next generations of global leaders, tackles global challenges through international collaborations, and facilitates interdisciplinary research and industrial partnerships.
